By accessing or using our site, you agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

SeniorInsuren provides consultation services, informational products, and physical goods designed for individuals seeking tailored senior coverage solutions.

3. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate personal data, comply with applicable regulations, and ensure secure use of their accounts.

4. Fees and Payment

All fees are stated in Swiss Francs and are payable via the methods presented at checkout. You agree to settle any charges for services, informational materials, or goods prior to delivery.

5. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

We strive to maintain high satisfaction. Our policies vary by offering type:

5.1 Consultation Services

• Full refund of fees is available if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
• If you provide less than 48 hours notice, fees are non-refundable due to preparatory commitments.
• You may transfer your booking to another date or another client, subject to availability, by notifying us at least 24 hours before the session.

5.2 Informational Products

• Digital materials may be downloaded immediately upon purchase. For full access products, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of the content has been accessed.
• Requests after 14 days or if more than 20% of the material has been accessed will be declined.

5.3 Physical Goods

• Unused items may be sent back in original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Shipping your item is at the user’s expense.
• After we receive the item, we will process a refund of the product price to the original payment method within 10 business days.
• Customized goods are not eligible for a refund due to personalization.

6. Limitation of Liability

SeniorInsuren is not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability will not exceed the fees paid for the relevant offering.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
